Instructions Upon Your Arrival from The Airport or Port active so that the driver can contact you.

1. When you arrive at Athens airport.
Please text or call the driver as soon as you have collected your luggage and you are in the arrival’s hall area. The driver will immediately give you instructions on which exit you have to go and then he will move the vehicle right in front of the pickup point.
All our drivers use WhatsApp it would be very helpful to have it installed.

There is free WIFI at Athens airport
So, in any case you can send a message or call the driver using WhatsApp and Wi-Fi from the airport.
Be sure that your mobile phone is active and that you are connected to the internet through airport WIFI or your mobile data in order the driver to be able to contact you.
2. Outside the ship (Port)
The driver will wait for you next to the vessel exit (or to the terminal if it is for a cruise ship) holding a sign with your name.
Our drivers track all flights and ships.
Please let us know only if your flight or ship is cancelled.

Departure From Hotel or Apartment From Hotel:


Our driver will be there at the prearranged time. You will receive a message couple of minutes before arrivals driver, through WhatsApp or the normal messaging system.
The driver will wait for you at the hotel entrance next to the car. Please always check the license plate of the car.
Max waiting time after the designated pick-up time is 20 minutes.

From Apartment:
You must be at the exit of the apartment at the predetermined time. When our driver is there, he will call you or send you a message on WhatsApp.
Delay in departure from hotel or apartment of more than 20 minutes will be charged 30€/hour from the first minute.
